Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, and any message you choose to include. Please don’t include confidential or sensitive information in the form.

Scheduling information. If you book a conversation through our scheduling tool (provided by 17hats), you provide details such as your name, email address, and any information you add to your booking. That information is collected and stored by 17hats on our behalf and is also subject to 17hats’ own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it. Google Analytics may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the website that referred you, and your approximate location. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies. Our website hosting provider may also keep standard server logs for security and performance.

Spark EQ is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We process it based on your consent (for analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating our business. You may withdraw consent, access, correct, or delete your information, or object to its processing by emailing us at the address below.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
