Nicole Bazaco, Certified Coach & Masters-Level Therapist

Nicole is a certified coach and masters-level therapist. She partners with Spark EQ to facilitate training and coaching programs that impact leadership effectiveness, team cohesiveness, and business results. Using evidence-based approaches to behavior change and leadership experience gained during her 20-year business career, Nicole supports leaders and teams to uplevel their skills and minimize stumbling blocks in reaching their goals.


Prior to working with Spark EQ, Nicole worked at multiple, national advertising agencies and held senior leadership positions in marketing with Brinker International’s flagship brand Chili’s Grill & Bar where she led a large team responsible for technological innovations that produced incremental revenue sources.
